Logitech G110

Hi,

Just received my G110, connected up and can't get either of the shift keys to work, shift lock works fine, just the shift keys, am I missing something.......can't get question mark

Tried the keyboard on the Laptop and same on there, just waiting for an official response from Logitech before sorting out an RMA.
