Logitech G13 died - what replacement?

As title, I use my Logitech g13 daily as a programmable keyboard, its really useful for my work and gaming and I'm used to it - but its old now and no driver updates, whats the latest and best tech for this? Must work with Mac OS

I know Razer makes the Orbweaver, but not sure of much else from the mainstream. Custom made keypads or programmable keypads like these do exist though.

Might be best having a look at what's out there on the MM or eBay.
