Logitech G15 - Difference between US + UK

Looking at getting one of these, but whats the difference between the US layout and UK layout? Apart from the price?

EDIT : Is this wireless or wired?

The alternatives to all the numbers are different.

Full stops and most punctuation is in a different place aswell.

I think it is wired.

both are wired, as Yewen says the markings for the symbols are different as well (not a problem if you can touchtype and set the software to UK, but potentially confusing otherwise).
