Hi.

They just randomly stopped working, cant change volume, mute or change track or anything, the LCD buttons still work

Any ideas?

Thanks
Will.

i have had 0 problems, running with and without drivers. ( I no that doesnt help, but at lest its not a problem with windows) btw, what version of win7 you running?
i would say, make sure you are running latest drivers though, 3.1 i think the latest set is..

Change USB port often fixes the problem...

It's not related to windows 7, I mean, the problem occurs in xp and vista too, I had the same problem when I just bought my G11 in xp...

Alternatively, look if one of your buttons isn't stuck in the pressed down position ( happens with my stop key due to pressing it too hard sometimes), this overrides all the other media buttons.

No buttons are stuck.

I tried changing USB port too :(

Maybe the keyboard is buggered, wonder if I can get a replacement via Logitech still, last time I found a fault with it they told me to destroy it with something like a hammer, take a picture of it and email them it!

if youre using winamp theres a logitech plugin on the winamp site..my media keys didnt work with winamp (in xp) and this fixed my problem maybe it'll do the same for windows 7.

The problem I think if he is having the same as me, is where the keys don't work at all, not even for muting, in any media player.
