Is there a way to just install the driver for this keyboard without all the bloat that comes with the Logitech package?

You can use the keyboard without the drivers

you just wont get macro keys and the LCD screen with the media buttons, not sure about the back light tho

I seem to get a mass of processes from the LCD drivers?

just disable the ones you dont want.

they are applets with different functions, each one is a sseperate process.

if you dont use some of them, u can simply disabled them, and they wont be run.

i usually jsut have the performance moniter and clock running on mine.
with a few game plugins

If you're just using the Lcd and keyboard all you need running is LCDmon.exe and whatever applets your running. You can disable them by using the manager in the tray or by deleting/moving them from the applets folder. My folders at:

C:\Program Files\Logitech\GamePanel Software\LCD Manager\Applets

LGDcore.exe is for the G key macros, if your not using it do as above, find, move/delete.
