[Mango Assassin]

Hi all, just wandering, recently purchased a g19 within the week from overclockers, and everything runs as it should, except the menu switch key/button to change apps etc on the keyboards display, ive tried re-installing drivers/updating/complete power down but am guessing that the key itself may me broken (lighting still works on it) could it be a compatibility issue? if i test it on my other pc in the house and still does not work, im guessing its dead.

Any other suggesstions?
