Hi guys.

I've lost my G25 power lead when i've packed it away and I have no idea where it's got to.

I've asked a few suppliers if they'll sell me one and i've had no joy. Even got in touch with Logitech and they've told me to do one. However, they kindly sent me some specifications for a replacement lead which I could buy from a competitor.

Dear Mr. Thompson,

Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Care. You can buy supplement unit/3rd party adapter, please match the voltage 24V and amperage 1.75A, and make sure the polarity of the AC adapter connector lines up with the polarity listed on the belly label of the wheel. AC adapters for G25 are/support Auto switching. Auto switching power supplies can adjust an automatically identify the type of AC power input it is receiving, allowing the unit to function on 100~240V and 50~60hz AC circuits. This means the same AC adapter can be used worldwide.

Thank you for choosing Logitech.

Kind regards

Now I thought I was quite technically minded but obviously not as that makes no sense to me!

I've checked in a competitor store and they only one they had was an Apple laptop power lead but that doesn't come with the tip/plug that I need.

Could someone help me and locate a suitable replacement?

Thanks!

think they are suggesting you look into one of the universal adapters which comes with a few different plugs and a switch to pick which voltage you want to use

Cleveland buddy.

Thanks.

found some on the bay

you'll just have to hope one of the supplied plugs fits the wheel

P:S i spent a good while looking around and they seem pretty scarce i'll try my local electronics shop tommorrow as their web site is playing up.Also note that 95% of the adaptors you'll find will say they are for laptops but they are fine as long as they provide constant 24v and 1.75A or above

my own G25 psu died yesterday while touring the island of Oahu in TDU. I searched the net, ended up here and had to wait a day for my new membership to be validated before I could say...

I ordered one of the universal adapters in the link from the post up above. Today a friend reminded me that where he works there are lots of spare Logitech parts. He is posting a G25 psu to me.

I can ask if they are available to buy from the public if you like...? ;)
