Logitech g5 - rough??

hi,
recently unpacked my (deceased) grandads computer and to my joy, i found a logitech g5!..
Unfortunatly it feels rough as hell, on all surfaces.
roccat sense gaming pad, wooden desk, sheet of plastic etc.

would this just be a case of replacing the feet?

any recommendations of which brand to use?.
genuine logitech?
glidez
skates?.

or are they all rough feeling?

Should be smooth as. Try see if theres any dust stuck on the feet.

Logitech seem to be pretty good with their customer service. You could give them a call and see if they'll send you some replacement ones.

theres no dust, but there is wear marks on the feet... and the base of the mouse... like its dragging?????
