I have the worst luck with mice for some reason... and this problem seems to be the most annoying of the lot.
I've probably only had this mouse for a few months max! The problem is that holding down the right mouse button wont do what it's meant to do.
Example1: UT2004 - equip the shield gun - holding down right mouse button keeps the shield active, but when i try it it just acts like a single right click where it just comes on for half a second and disapears.
Example2: Original CS - equip the knife - holding down right mouse button will make the knife stab constantly, but when i try it it just does it once and stops.
Example3: Splinter Cell - holding right mouse down holds his arm out so u can hack terminals, but when i try it it just acts like a single right click where his arm just appears then goes back in again.
One of my mates who has this mouse has exactly the same problem and he's had it a shorter time than me, so i'm guessing it's a common problem? I've tried using the logitech site for help, but this problem isn't registered on their "expert database".
Logitech offer no way of contacting them with the problem so i cant get a replacement (unless i'm missing it) and i cant contact OCUK, because i'm not sure on the whereabouts of the receipt therefore not being able to enter the order number for an RMA request.
Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this or comes across the problem before? I'm kinda stuck what to do tbh
Thanks, Sainte.
