This, at one point Razer stated that they were working on a left-handed Naga, akin to their left-handed DeathAdder (current mouse) however nothing else was ever said it seems.

logitech did a left handed mouse around 7 years ago :(

were only about 10% of the worlds population though

Labtec used to do a ambidextrous mouse for a tener, it had buttons 4 & 5 with 1 on either side. Really comfortable with either hand (Had to use it left handed for a while after a shoulder injury). The left click died after 4 years of heavy use, shame they dont sell it anywhere anymore. I miss that mouse.

It makes me wonder why other symetrical designs don't offer the same side button config.

I do like the look of that mouse, it actually seems to have been designed by someone who's actually thought about how people use a mouse and has buttons where you don't have to contort your hand to use them. I particularly like the third mouse button and the multiple thumb buttons above and below which are much easier to use than front and back.

Buttons G15 to G20 seem pointless though unless you have a very short thumb.
