Logitech G7 and Steelpad Problem

Hi,

Got a 'Raptor Gaming steelpad' and a new Logitech G7 wireless mouse, the mouse cursor barely moves when used on the steelpad, works great on my bare desk surface however (it positively floats with the Teflon feet!).

Is there a documented problem using these two products together?

there is a problem with the G5 and G7 having tracking problems with certain pads, a firmware patch for the G7 has been released which solved the problem, the G7 patch should be out soon.

Got the same problem with my S&S and my G7, its currently collecting dust.

OK so it's not a problem with my mouse... can anybody recommend a pad that works OK with the G7 in that case?

weird, im using a gf carbon fibre ltd edition on a s&s steelpad,

this a similar combo to you guys??

no issues here.
