Logitech g700 - problem

Hello my g700 mouse keeps loosing connection and many times im unable to drag and drop.
Any advise? is better to RMA via shop or directly via logitech?
How long RMA process normally take?
 
To start fantastic mouse and I have had dealing with it.

mine stopped charging and eventually two side buttons stopped working randomly and needed to press the "change profile" button to get them to work even when I only had one profile.

I set up an RMA with OCUK and was advised if the product is older than 28 days will take up to 28 days to return from the supplier, i would suggest trying to contact Logitech directly so OCUK would not have to be a middle man that I suspect would add to the waiting time.

great mouse and my brothers is working 100% but i guess if they make a million a few are likely to have faults.

get in touch with Logitech directly, they have great RMA and will definitely sort things if you are unhappy with your G7. I have had both the original and the carbon edition after using them constantly they eventually did give way, however somebody on this site notified me that I could actually RMA one of them even though I dident buy it directly from the manufacture :D
