Logitech G700 replacement options?

My G700 is getting a little long in the tooth but I'm struggling to find a viable replacement.

I use the 4 side buttons and the left/right tilt on the scroll extensively now but I can't find a current mouse with this configuration.

Any suggestions? I don't want to go the mmorpg mouse route of having half a keyboard under my thumb...

Have look at the Naga Pro, 3 button side configurations (the six side button is closest to your current ) and has scroll wheel tilt. Use wireless or wired, but pricey though.

Logitech G604?

Has 6 side buttons but 4 of them look to be in same position as the G700, also has the side scroll.

After my 700s aged i went for the 502 hero. Only 3 side buttons but still has the mouse wheel side clicks.
