Logitech G700 switches

I have two Logitech G700's one was a friends. Both have started double clicking on the left hand button. Seems the microswitches are failing.
Has anyone fixed or replaced these microswitches? Where did you get the switches?

Is there a better Logitech wireless mouse around now?

How old are they?

Logitech have (iirc) a 3 year warranty, and are pretty good for replacing their kit.

Had the same issue with a Performance MX and they replaced it.
