Well i recieved my logitech G9 this morning from OCUK, and it is fantastic. The 2 changable grips are very solid and comfy to use, i like the rough one its a little smaller and easier to grip.
I wasn't going to install the logitech software but when i did, this mouse came into a world of its own. I now have three profiles with a different colour LED for each there are loads of options form between 2 - 5 dpi settings, programmable buttons (including macros) and probly about 50 different LED colours.
Once the profiles are set up they are stored on the mouse so if you move it to another computer you won't need to install the software or you can uninstall the logitech software from your PC once set up.
So much better than my old G5.
Just thought i'd share my thughts incase anyone was looking for a new mouse.
