My old G930`s have come to an end, and needs a decent replacement(preferably wireless) and within £200 mark.

Anyone have good recommendations from personal experience?

Thanks guys :)

well that's good timing for a new thread dainiuxxx.

my Logitech g35's have been hammered to death over the years, still intact but the switch has fell of, the pads are threadbare and they are twisted where I stood on them.

they were good for the money years ago but not great for music.

I do need some new ones and I am not looking for too much in the way of features.

1. would like 5.1
2. must cover my ears and hug my head
3. gaming and music with a mic
4. must be loud, I do use them more for music and the g35's are really not very loud.
5. I don't want a pair with loads of connections on the end.
6. wireless or wired, not bothered but if wired a reasonable amount of cable, I can get from the pc to the fridge with the g35's and that's important to me.

colour/style/look, not bothered with these features, sounds great and performs well is all I need.

loud, loud loud, must be loud, I may have already mentioned that lol, I don't care if they are pink with yellow spots and need to be nailed on, they need to have decent volume.

would like them to be £150 ish.

if you use them mostly for music then the last thing you want is 5.1.

LOUDness is totally dependent on what you are plugging them into, not the headphones themselves.

had the g35 outlast quite a few pc's, with them being usb I have not had much choice in the way of sound cards lol but always purchase a good motherboard and they just have never been very loud.

the hyperX look good, very good for the money so will read through all the threads first.

thank you.

if I go back to the 3.5 jack is there a good amp/mixer I can use.
