I downloaded the latest Logitech Gaming Software (8.40 released Dec 5th) which now includes support for my G700 mouse and gets rid of setpoint.

But for some strange reason the mouse pointer doesn't work in BF3. I tried it with MOH:WF and it works fine, but I just cant get my character to look around.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Working fine here, Am using a G500. Can you try deleting the Profile for BF3 and create a new one, but in saying that it should work in BF3 with or without a profile.

I've used revo uninstaller to delete all registry and profiles which are normally left over and it's now working.

It is much better now using LGS as I have a G13 too. I can choose BF3 from the game list and map the commands directly to a button which is great. Therefore, no more fiddling through menus trying to find out what button does what.

Additionally I like that mouse settings can be stored per game and it automatically detects your settings.

After reading through the forums there are some bugs with it which I also found. Simple things like dpi loop should change the colour to red and not orange, because that is how it was with SetPoint.

I'll be looking at Sniper assist scripts (whenever it gets developed) so when I ADS in games the dpi automatically switches to a lower setting allowing that perfect headshot!!!

edit - Also dpi settings increment in 50 instead of 100 which is fantastic. I always wanted to try out 2350 where as previously I had to make do with either 2300 or 2400, now movement is perfect.
