Have a Harmony Elite remote with hub that was working fine until i change my AV setup and wanted to reconfigure. Now every time I want to connect and setup using the mobile app it asked me to enter the wifi password and after few seconds it always displays the error "Something went wrong. Please try again after sometime".
Have tried in a separate SSID, with a less complex password, have reset the hub and remote, have cleared the data from the mobile app, uninstalled the app and nothing seems to work so far.
Anyone had the same issue or any insights in to how to solve this?

this is all the website says:

I'm receiving a "something went wrong" error message
If you're using a hub-based product and receiving an error message stating "something went wrong, please try again after some time", please ensure your Harmony hub and connected devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and that your computer and/or mobile device meets Harmony minimum system requirements.
are you on the same wifi network and ssid as the hub AND same frequency range (2.4ghz or 5ghz) as i have had issues with that before.

How customisable are these remotes when I tried on they seemed far too simple, with wizard, and didn't allow you to so anything you wanted.

Quite, but it depends on what you want to do with it i guess. I can control everything i need in my livingroom with one so im quite happy. They arent multi-room, though - you need the 'pro' remote for that.

I think I found the issue. Yes I am on the same WiFi but my ssid is 2g and 5g combined. Had to separate said in to 2g and then it worked!

Entirely customisable in every aspect of AV automation and smart home integration (except for Nest integration but that's googles fault) to the point that my living room remote controls vivarium lighting as it glares when watching tv, as an automation.

I am so impressed with the functionality that I have now got 3 hubs with remotes in the house and even got one for my dad for Christmas.
