1) the tracking is horrible, especially at slow speeds, the mouse pointer goes in erratic, wavy patterns for no reason, there is no reliability in attempting even semi-precise movement;

2) there must be some kind of hardware acceleration/deceleration built into the mouse because despite software settings it behaves inconsistently given varying amounts of movement and produces a nauseatingly disconnecting effect;

3) the 'feet' of the mouse have way too much friction, requiring a conscious and tedious effort to move, no better than if it was bare plastic;

4) the sensor is off-center, which would be fine if it was properly calibrated, however noticeable drift is present during movement, which makes conscious adjustments to compensate a must, which is unacceptable;

5) I can't be bothered to go into fine details of why this could be, but it strains the hand and wrist, making it a chore to use even for short periods of time, something I've never experienced in my life with what must be dozens of mice by now;

6) the right-click button requires way too much force to press, instantly making any application that involves a lot of right clicking a burden;

7) the mouse is unbalanced, the top is much lighter than the bottom half, this skewed center of mass means that the user has to constantly compensate, adding additional wrist stress and mental discomfort;

8) both the rubberized surface of the mousewheel and the sides of the mouse slightly stick to the fingers when pressed with some force, as if they were dirty and greasy, yet the mouse is completely new and certainly clean, this sounds absurd but it is both the first thing I've noticed after unpacking the mouse and the last thing I've felt after I disconnected it for good.

I've never written this sort of message and I expected to never have to for Logitech, but considering how thoroughly disappointed in this product I find myself, I feel the need to share these insights. Avoid wasting your money, time, effort and attention on this product and perhaps turn to the others in the, overall excellent, Logitech lineup.
