Logitech MX 3000 Desktop... horrible lag!

Hey,

Just got a Logitech MX3000 which has the MX600 mouse, but the lag on the mouse is horrible! Is there any specific way to set it up to reduce the lag?

For future reference I just reinstalled the latest drivers and the lag is greatly reduced now (just the tiny bit of normal lag as with all cordless mice!).
