Hi all

One of my Logitech MX Revolution mice has just in the last 30 minutes started to scroll webpages and documents, etc, by itself without me even touching the mouse. I have tried it in both a Mac and Windows 7 PC and it's doing the same thing in both, so I'm guessing that it has just failed on me. I've also tried turning the mouse on and off etc.

Before I get in touch with the excellent Logitech customer service, I just want someone to say 'yes it sounds like it's broken'.

Many thanks

Michael

It's borked ... Call them up and they will send you a new one. You did everything right and checked on another computer.. Other thing you can try to maybe fix it is get a can of compressed air and inbetween the wheel blow it out each side to see if it will fix it, maybe just some dirty on the sensor, they are optical sensors that watch the wheel.

Spoken to Logitech Customer Service (sadly I have the number in my phone!) and a new mouse is on it's way. Quality customer service from Logitech is usual.
