For the past 3/4 days my Logitexh MX510 mouse has been acting really weird.
I can be browsing the internet, playing a game and it is working perfectly and then all of a sudden the cursor stops moving.
I look at my mouse, light is still on, mouse is still connected however no movement when I give it a shake.
So i head to the back of my PC, unplug it from the USB slot. Windows makes the noise that a device has been disconnected, the light on the mouse goes out. And then I put the cable back in, light comes on, windows plays the sound again and like Magic my mouse is working again.
I can then use the mouse constantly for 4 hours or sometimes it lasts for 5 minutes before i have to repeat the cycle.
I was thinking of a Dodgy wire somewhere, but this shouldn't really affect it to the degree it is at the present moment in time.
I was thinking maybe my USB ports were playing silly buggers, or is there some other explanation I haven't thought about to explain this?
Thanks in Advance
