Great mouse, got it a couple of years ago to replace the useless Wireless Mouse i got free with the pc. Never had a problem with it, and considering i used to use an old Maths Homework book as a Mouse Mat... its done well. Well worth getting if you need a new mouse and aren't looking to really splash out.

that is quite the downgrade...

its still a bloody good mouse though was king of its hill at the time. I played with its predecessor the mx510 for years before the g7 carbon edition im using now (which is the only wireless mouse i've ever liked, and the wireless equivilant of a G5)

I like this style of mouse - I've have an MX700 (wireless version of the MX500) which has seen pretty heavy use over the last couple of years. Could do with standby/replacement, and I don't particularly like the new styles much. In fact may buy two, and use one for work.
