Logitech MX700

Have updated to Vista from XP Pro have a problem the only driver that I can find only gives me limited buttton use if I try to load the XP drivers it goes so far then tells me that it will not run on this O/S and shuts off.
Anybody got any ideas as a good mouse is not working due to lack drivers.

Don't think there are any drivers available. I spent ages looking for some and couldn't find any

Probably just a case of another hardware manufacturer jumping on the Vista bandwagon and dropping support for old hardware to force people to buy new 'Vista Compatible' hardware.

Surely you just install SetPoint? non?

Nope. The MX700 needs MouseWare installed to be fully functional and that isn't supported in Vista.

There is some fix to get it working in some kind of Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode but I never got it working.
