Logitech peripheral issue

Hi all,

So, I'm using the G915 TKl keyboard, Pro X wireless headset and the G903 wireless mouse and they all seem to be intermittently struggling... Mouse lag, keyboard lag and losing sound intermittently...

All fine and dandy until.. now get this.. I change to a Samsung Odessy G7 32" Gaming Smart Monitor...

I am unsure if Logitech G Hub (current version 2025.3.696161) updated and caused an issue (I did uninstall and reinstall the G Hub software), although I did reinstall the AMD Adrenalin Software, but that was the same version as before all this happened...

I have started using my Logitech MX Anywhere Bluetooth mouse that I usually use with my Macbook.

Any thoughts on resolving this... It's very irritating!!

Win 11 fully updated

No, I think it's the G Hub software. No issues with sound through the monitor or a different wireless mouse

While I'm fond of Logitech mice, their software leaves much to be desired and G-Hub is frankly horrendous.

Can you try downloading LatencyMon and monitoring things for a little just to confirm that is the problem? Try it with and without the application installed while doing a spot of gaming.

Also, does your monitor have any sort of USB hub/passthrough that you might be using? If so, try disconnecting that aspect and running the peripherals directly from your PC.

Hi,

No usb pass through or anything like that. I'm convinced now it's G Hub. I've disabled it and used different mouse (Ironically its a Logitech MX Anywhere Mouse) and my Samsung Buds and mouse operation and sound are fine.

Shame as the actual kit, headset, mouse and keyboard are great and have performed flawlessly for a long time since I have been using them so I think I might look around for alternatives
