If you have a broken keycap on the G915, a keyboard they currently still sell for £200+, they will not supply you with a new keycap under any circumstances. They do not have spares.

They want you to buy an entirely new keyboard.

What a pathetic company.

Looking at Corsair, it looks like they sell spares. Perhaps I will buy that in future.
 
Judging by the state of the keyboards on display last time I walked through Currys, most people replace broken caps by just going and nicking them.

Every keyboard there had some missing (and some rearranged to say rude words of course).
 
Dam, Logitech gave me a brand new keyboard when I had a small issue with one I had, can't remember which keyboard it was, sure it had a little screen on it.

This was 10 years ago though so looks like they've gone the same way as everywhere else!!
 
They are atrocious now, same issue with same keyboard(s) and an acknowledged fault with one about premature wear on the keycap paint. They just fob you off, and send you on a run around. In the end I did a chargeback on my CC as they were bought via Logitech, so now I have my money and some bad condition keyboards that I use as spares.
 
Yeah I've some keycaps that are wearing down quite quickly considering I've only had the keyboard 4 months, looks like it's pointless saying anything! I'll just send it back to Amazon.
 
I had the lettering coming off my 915 and Logitech sent me a whole new keyboard, which my wife now has. I have used their support several times and they have always been faultless.

You can buy keycaps for the G915 in various placed just not genuine ones.
 
Tried to rma a mouse that was bought from currys and the response was curry is not an authorized reseller and thus the headset is not eligible for rma.
I'm trying to rma a mouse not a headset, does logitech cs even read the ticket?
When i tried to contact currys its response was silence.
