Few small questions on this really :D
Got a MX510 here, which has definitely seen better days- The scroll wheel is sticking slightly, & the left button is dodgy.
First real sticking point as I see it is that I have no POP, & am uncertain as to the age of the mouse in question! (MM)- I can provide them with any number of order numbers from different etailers, precisely what are they after?
Second point which I'm slightly concerned about is what they'd replace this with. I'd really like a direct replacement, but don't know what they'll give me- A MX518 would be OK, but I really don't want anything cordless or similar.

Final point- Can someone post the direct e-mail address please :)

When you call them (switzerland) they will go through a few questions.

As to when you purchased it, just tell them it was a gift and it was say 6 months before you got it. (ie you got it from the mm on june 06, so tell them jan 06)

Should be about average.

They should then aske you for the serial number off the bottem. That will tell them when it was made etc. If it is with in thier warrenty then they should replace it.

If the have the same model in stock you will get that if not talk to them and ask what you will get.
