I have had the MX518 for about 4months and the decrease sensitivity button has stopped working. Has anyone had a similar problem or RMA'd a Logitech product?
I phoned Logitech when my G5 broke. They gave me an RMA number, and told me to take 2 pictures of the mouse - one with the cord snipped, and one with it destroyed - and to make sure the RMA number was included in the shots.
