I usually buy all my peripherals from logitech as i know that their products are high quality and that if there is ever a problem, they will get a replacement sent out asap.
Anyway, ive been having this issue with my G510 that it keeps missing certain keystrokes - it is very annoying - anyway, i called logitech and they said that their policy has changed and unless there is a widespread product design defect, you need to send in the item, have it checked and then a replacement would be sent out
i asked why the policy has changed and why it is like this now and he said too many people were taking advantage and that they were loosing too much money on RMA's - darn greedy so-and-so's
well anyway, i now need to send in my keyboard and he said it would be about 2 weeks for them to check and replace it
