Logitech support dislikes

Having heard about the great support and feedback from Logitech Support. My Z-10 are playing up, out of warranty and from hearing all the excellent support service I was hoping they would do something extra for me.

Got an update on my ticket and the short answer is = NO

Just to add, yes I was in fact hoping Logitech would send out a free replacement. I just kept on hearing such good news about their replacement service even outside of the warranty period. Thought I might try my luck but my Z-10 are still working and the LCD has the bloody annoying flickering issue :mad:

Under warranty is normally dealt by the supplier? i.e. Overclockers (1st year)
