Just a shout out to Logitech support. My G500 recently died and even though it was out of warrantee Logitech sent me a replacement, after just 4 days, without asking me to send my G500 back and just asking for a few photos.
 
My logitech G19 keyboard had a problem with stuck key and it was just about a few months out of warranty but logitech said nope can't help, fair play to them as it's out of warranty but it's good to hear that logitech sort you out.

Did you problem arise while it was still in warrantee? I had proof that the problem started a few months after I got it and was a very common issue.
