Logitech support opinions

Hi there everyone


For a while now (eight months or so) I've had a Logitech MX620 Wireless Mouse.

From the off, it didnt seem to work right. Button clicks not responding etc. Upon further investigation, it seems like a common problem, especially with this specific model.

Although, after a short time it seemed to be ok, so i lived with it. Now though, its even worse than before and I set about getting a replacement. (Not purchased from OCuk BTW)

Now, it seems to me the support from Logitech is in disarray.

Ive noticed many post on their forums of people complaining about the support..... even one hilarious post of an understandably angry customer who had his post edited for profanity reasons, but then recieved no further help or assistance.

Basically im asking what other peoples experiences are with Logitech, so I can garner whether or not to pursue trying to get a replacement mouse, or to just throw it in the bin and never purchase anything from them ever again

I found there support spot on.

I am using the Revolution mouse which was having problems charging, kept flashing the low bat symbol every 30 sec's or so when charging, once removed and placed back on the cradle it would complete the charge.
Sent a email, had a reply a day later, after a few days of ther usual try this and that they confirmed it was faulty, sent pictures of the mouse ect then a few days later a new mouse arrived.
