I've used Logitech mice for several years now.

Had a problem with my 518 and contacted Logitech in sept. They rather nicely supplied a replacement G502. Three months on and the 502 scroll wheel failed. So I try to contact Logitech again. This time there's no contact no. Try to register and log a ticket and all I get is "duplicate" name during registration, tried several email accounts, all get the same.

Emailed them and have received no response. Do they really think I'd buy anything from them ever again?

Anyone else had the same?

I had a G502 and the software wouldn't load properly on my Windows 8.1 system. I contacted them and after many days (involving even a reinstall of Windows) they said I should contact Microsoft and the computer manufacturer to find out why their computer and operating system is incompatible with the Logitech software! My PC is a standard build.
A few months later Logitech issued a new version of the software which worked, but that was too late for me. I have got rid of all my Logitech equipment and won't buy from them again.
