I would just like to say that Logitech Technical Support are actually one of those rare support teams that are actually really helpful.

To cut a long story short my 18 month old MX Revolution mouse (fantastic mouse) had developed what seemed to be a common fault where it will no longer hold a charge any more and I thought "oh no, mouse is over a year old no more warranty for me, so new mouse time."

So dropped their support team an email on the off chance they could help and within the 48 hours turn around they promise to respond they said in fact the mouse is faulty and that it has a three year warranty, so I was just to email them the receipt and hey presto replacement mouse.

Now the icing on the cake so to speak is that because the MX Revolution has been discontinued they will have to replace it with a brand new Preformance MX mouse. :D

So again a big Thank You to Logitech for all their support and keep up the good work.

Judging by reports on here, the only thing that's surprising is that you were suprised to get such good service from Logitech ;)

based on previous experiences with technical support for the likes of Dell, HP, Virgin, Sky and a few others I was expecting a long and drawn out affair.

Thankfully this was not the case. Also considering it was email support I was pleasantly surprised they did respond within the 48 hours as I have dealt with some companies which never seem to respond back to requests or if they do it is a week or three late.

It is just nice to see a company look after its customers for a change rather than ignoring them.

i had some paint come off my g15 and mailed logitech and asked for a replacment silver surround which i was willing to pay for but there dont actually stock parts and wouldn't give me a new g15(don't blame them to be honest).

but they did give me 50% off a new keyboard on there website.

so im getting on of these.....http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/keyboards/keyboard/devices/7246

they were very helpful and said sorry they didn't stock spare parts but offered me the 50% off code which i was kinda shocked and very gratefull about.
