I would just like to say that Logitech Technical Support are actually one of those rare support teams that are actually really helpful.
To cut a long story short my 18 month old MX Revolution mouse (fantastic mouse) had developed what seemed to be a common fault where it will no longer hold a charge any more and I thought "oh no, mouse is over a year old no more warranty for me, so new mouse time."
So dropped their support team an email on the off chance they could help and within the 48 hours turn around they promise to respond they said in fact the mouse is faulty and that it has a three year warranty, so I was just to email them the receipt and hey presto replacement mouse.
Now the icing on the cake so to speak is that because the MX Revolution has been discontinued they will have to replace it with a brand new Preformance MX mouse.

So again a big Thank You to Logitech for all their support and keep up the good work.
