I was having trouble assigning key strokes to my G5 for COD4,after a little digging around I found this nifty little program which enables all options on all buttons in setpoint.
It also lets you adjust the usb poll rate.

A fix for assigning the keystrokes was to uncheck game recognition in setpoint, works like a dream now.
