anyone else have this problem ?

it is driving me mad now

best thing i can do is stop using it for 10s , then its fine again ?

usb selective power settings is enabled

ill try disabling that and see how that goes
thanks for our help

oh and its set on "High performance"

noticed there's a specific AMD ultra performance should i be using that ?

Do not set to Performance unless you need it for some reason (testing etc) or your CPU will stay at full speed all the time, it should be Balanced so it can clock up and down.

Ultimate is not specific to AMD, it relatively new to Win 10 builds and AFAIR it was on Window Server OS before.

When did you buy it? If you got it from the rainforest just get an exchange, mine had a faulty scroll wheel, they sent me a new one out before i sent the old one back.

This might be irrelevant, but I had a (similar?) problem with my g pro wireless. It didn't disconnect as such, it would just hang for a couple of seconds before springing back to life.

Anyway, I fixed it by uninstalling all the mice in device manager. I had about 5 or 6 entries to remove iirc, and there must have been a conflict because it's been flawless ever since.

cheers mate
yeah that what it seems to do, but when i get the logitech hub up it says "disconnected" the "connected" then "disconnected" then "connected" all the time

ive decided to put the dongle into the USB 3 socket at the front of my case and see if that makes any difference
if not then ill do your method next :)

Logitech or any wireless mice can have issues if you use the USB3 ports, not sure if this has changed.

Your Mobo should have at least 2x USB2 ports meant for Mice (usually very top).

Hope i'm not hijacking your thread but my issue is my x box series bluetooth controller , for most games it briefly disconnects every now and then but for days gone the ps port to pc it's literally every min if even more.
and like OP I've gone back to my wired controller.
