Does anyone know if these have been discontinued?

I've looked at numerous reviews on Youtube and these seem perfect for my budget. If they have been discontinued can anyone suggest a decent alternative for a similar price?

I believe they've been replaced by these:

Logitech LS-21 2.1 Stereo Speakers

Have a look on a well known 4 letter online store and you'll find them. They're cheaper as well and supposedly just as good!

Cheers. I spotted those earlier but couldn't find any decent reviews (examples of how they sound) on Youtube whereas there's loads of positive reviews and videos of the X-210's.

The x210s are older (much older) I think they came out the same time as the x230s and mine really do seem old now. That's probably why you'll find loads of YouTube reviews for them.

I wouldn't base your opinion on YouTube reviews though. The sound quality over YouTube is never ever ever going to be representative of the sound of the product due to heavy compression so don't rely on them for that mate.

I had those speakers for almost a year and they are amazing for the price, first I bought them as a cheap replacement set with the intention of upgrading after and never felt the need to. The sound quality is amazing and their really loud!

I'm going to buy these as they have the ideal width for my desk of only 2.5 inches per speaker. I found some in stock. Is it possible to remove the satellite speaker covers and if so, do they reveal silver? I only ask because I ideally wanted silver coloured speakers.

I know lol, they really are underpriced. I'm out of work @ the moment. I would usually budget around £150 for a card & speakers (2.1) for my new tower. I had to go with £25.00 for the Logitech's and £5.00 for a generic sound card, looking to upgrade later. I'm shocked at how good they sound for the price.
