2 nights ago when listening to music the sound went funny and 'slow' so i turned off the 5500's using the switch on the back of the sub. next day i turn it on but no power light is showing on the control center.

we have checked everything that we can, the fuse plug, fuse on the back of the sub, all wires/connections but still doesnt work

is there anything else i can try?

edit : just emailed logitech support

I have found Logitech support to be very good! Its easier to give them a call, stating your reference number, and they will help you. If the problem cannot be solved, they will send you a new set by UPS and then once you have that, ask you to send the cables of the old one back to them (in Switzerland), or arrange collection of the whole set with DHL.

just got off the phone, logitech said its upto the supplier to replace them

so i rang the place where i got them from and they are sending a new set out

If you don't need the really long extensions for the speaker wires, any chance I can buy them off you? I will be moving into my Uni house in a few weeks time and want to be able to make it really nice and tidy and tuck all the wires out of site :)

(added you to MSN by the way)
