Logitech's SETPOINT & G700

Got a lovley G700 for christmas today

Tried runing setpoint with it & cannot be detected

System running on windows 7 - 64 bit

I have tried using the 64 & 32 bit versions & still not found - Gutted
Anyone had same problem & know how to correct it?

Also have read on other forums that older versions of Setpoint might work - where can I find older versions?

Try this Logitech Connection Utility.

Had the same problem with a MX1100, sorted it out for me.

still not working - looking at other peoplse post the issue seems to be thatthe software sees the G700 as a keyboard.. but who knows....

When you open setpoint what do you get come up on screen?

have rung logitech... do i feel hopefull.... nope..

Got a g7 and windows 7 64 bit and didnt have a problem setting it up,may be a duff mouse.

Unistall setpoint and run it again

works on the laptop so dont think its the mouse - have also run & uninstalled about 6 times so far
