LogMeIn123 licensing question

Does anyone here have experience of Logmein123 licensing? I can see the pricing plans:

My question is this: If I were to buy Pro for Small Businesses (access up to 10 computers) then does that mean:

1) 10 remote computers can be accessed concurrently. For example there could be a pool of 20+ computers in the company but only 10 computers can be accessed at the same time.
or
2) A maximum of 10 computers can be setup in the system, regardless of how many remote desktops are actually accessed at the same time. For example if the company bought an 11th computer then more licenses would be needed to allow that computer to be remotely accessed at some point in the future.

Just to follow this up I found an interesting piece of open source software with similar functionality called Remotely. It allows users to go to a URL (which you have to setup yourself though), provide you with a unique reference number over phoen or chat, and that allowss you to connect to them and access their PC remotely. It's free apart from the cost of setting up a Linux server in the cloud and pointing your sub domain to it. I need to evaluate it further but it does seem good.

Thanks. I might be wrong but I think both of those need a client application permanently installed on the machine? What I am looking for is for someone to go to a URL and easily install something to allow me to connect.

While that's true, with LogMeIn (and also Remotely) you can go to a URL and it downloads the client. I appreciate that's not much different to installing it in advance or talking someone though it but it just feels more fluid to me.
