Logo design help

Had a thought for a new business idea, it's called metalic web, does anybody have any ideas to help create me a logo, I'm stuck and can't think of anything. Initially I thought of the letter "M" with a metal look and a web on it. Ideas and thought would be greatly appreciated or any design ideas

I'm surprised a debate hasn't started about this regarding;

a) lack of detail about business to create the logo.
b) Can we get what ever products/service you'd be doing for free if you expect us to help design for free.

How about a rocker, possibly dimple, spidermanning one of your potential clients. It works on many levels.
