Logo touch up

Trying to create a company logo. It's actually already been voted and decided on and I like the decision, but before it gets used for anything I thought I would post on here and ask what people could do in the way of improving it without altering the general theme too much. One change I think definately needs making is the colour of the font in the red circle, to give more contrast.
