I dont care what he announces as long as he gets of the retrospective portion of the retarded new road tax rules.

Or makes special lanes for those of us who will now have to pay eleventybillion quid a year, becuase clearly we contribute 4 times as much as a Clio driver so we deserve good roads without the cheap tax cars in the way ;)

All of the BBC news website articles have pictures and captions that ever so subtley take the ****. Has no one else noticed? (Wonders if going mad....)
