lol css hitbox

That's almost certainly just due to rates going haywire etc.

I love it when people complain about hit boxes, it's so funny :D
 
stray ak bullets are more fun....hitting someone in the head whilst your turning away from them :o


(yes i suck at css, so 99.999999% of a my kills are blind luck)
 
Love the way people just expect to the bullets to actually go where the crosshair is >.<
 
theyve got all the rates messed up , could go do a similar vid now if i could be bothered arranging it

was a HUGE thread on steam forums about a vid like this ages ago
 
Can't comment on rates, as you can't see them in that video.

Although I assume they have messed with them.

What you can see is that it is a 25 tick server, which is awful.

I normally play at 100 tick and where there are minimum rates, no reg issues.

People who complain about reg normally complain about anything, but their aim and handling of recoil.

lol, was about to say the exact same thing..

yes the vid is very old, and aye its cleared up, but i remember reading that they said the hitboxes were a little off on purpose due to the realism of the bullet travel or something like that lol

players do all sorts of things to help their game. Messing with rates and interp values and such. I remember back in the day... a server would become bloated and laggy for me as soon as a certain person appeared near me or when they fired their gun at me lol. Theres a ton of things that can be done.
 
some servers have it fixed if you play on really old server you still might get it but they moving much less now reg is much better to :p old story tbh it is just people who do not have skills and cannot hit complain on that
 
Everyone knows the CSS hitboxes were and are crap compared to proper CS hitboxes ;)

This is what it was like just after beta, its better now, a lot in fact.
Still a boring game now.
 
Interesting to see that, as havent seen them visible before, as never set up my own server etc.

Still enjoy playing it, even though sometimes the aiming can be a bit off, both in my favour and against.

One quick thing, how bad was the spelling for the majority of the comments in between the clips, lol.
