Who will be heading in to the city for this? (21st-22nd Sept)

This would be the first time I do specifically for this event and as there are hundreds of buildings to choose from, and I am yet to decide which ones to visit, are there any buildings that would really be worth a visit?

I am thinking really from a photography perspective so anything interesting / tall for good views would be ideal.

I have entered the ballots for The Shard and the London Eye so fingers crossed get one / both of them :)

So where are you guys planning on heading?

I haven't had the camera out in quite a while now but my interest has picked up again and looking forward to this.

I didn't see anything that said you can't apply for more than one ballot so applied for a few.

I would hope they wouldn't have an issue with people taking pictures

I was planning on heading in to London tomorrow for a bit of a photo trip but as the weather is looking pretty crap I may not bother!

Still looking forward to the open house weekend though.

Nice pics. Will try and get some pictures uploaded in the next few days.

I wish we had gone to the Lloyds building but that wasn't open on the Sunday.

We went to Custom House, the Roman Bath ruins, Drapers Hall, Painters Hall, Guild Hall, Bishopsgate Institute, Middle Temple Hall and Kings College Library.

Also saw the Tour of England bike race as that passed right outside Middle Temple Hall.

The queue for the Gherkin and Bank of England was madness so didn't bother with them as that could have easily taken up the whole day.
