Here's some pictures I took in London still getting the hand of this shooting stuff on this planet lark so any C+C would be much appreciated :)

Cheers all. no 1 is my favourite I'm just not sure if HMS Belfast takes or adds to the picture in any way.

Very nice, well done :)

I'm not really into the Instagram style filter effects or horizontals and verticals being off.
But, that's just me.

This is the first time I've played around with the tone curve and colours, trying to find a baseline that I can then modify to suit each image. Haven't even scraped the surface of what Lightroom is capable of yet

Great images!
What camera did you use?

You can find the exif data if you follow the link and then click show more on additional details.

They were all shot on my D700, the night shots on my 50mm f/1.4G and the daytime shots were a mix between the 50mm and a 17-35mm f/2.8D.

Really like this set. I'm interested in popping into London and doing a similar kind of thing - what percentage of shots did you use a tripod?

All of them were handheld as I left my nice new Reged I brought for trips like this at home

very nice set, love the Bokeh, what lens did you use?
