Long beepppppp ...... help

My friend has a quite old pc pentium 3 and etc..

Not long time a go when he starts his pc its a constant beep..... till the computers boots up in windows.

When he goes in bios the beep is there and in constant and he cant click or change anything he can only exit it.

what could it be ?

Power supply, system board, or keyboard problem iirc tell him to look at the mobo manual the beep codes are all there.

sounds like a power issue. would try it with a known good psu if possible let him borrow yours.
