Long black screen after alt tabing csgo

Hello,
I having a bit of a dilemma of whats happening.
I have a decent built pc, amd sapphire r9 380 4gb gpu, 8 gb ram, i5-4690k 3.5ghz. Which runs 200+ fps on csgo.
Whenever I alt tab and go back in csgo it takes 25 secs or sometimes more to get back into the game. What could be the problem?
What would need to be upgraded pc component wise?

check ur in game monitor refresh rate/hz/freq is same as desktop

There is no such option, so its probably standart 60 as the monitor itself

try this in launch options -freq 60 -refresh 60 , believe it or not my csgo once was running at 119hz instead of 120 (how strange ) but i set it manually and problem was gone

Change to Windowed Fullscreen rather than Fullscreen in your settings. Should fix it

I'' try the refresh 60, as freq was already set in launch options! Thank you
