First time going this weekend and there's tons of options actually 'in' the RAH. Has anyone been to any of them? Or are they all a bit touristy and overpriced? :)

Only eaten there once as we usually have something to eat at home before we go. That was in the Café Consort which is now the Verdi - Italian Kitchen.

Had the set menu, food was ok not too expensive but just a place for a quick meal.

Menus and prices are here:

You do have to book quite early to get a table. There aren't any other places to eat close by so you could try further afield then head back by taxi before the main act starts.

Some of the others maybe better but I'd rather have another evening out for a meal.

Who are you going to see?

We're off to see Breakfast at Tiffany's with the live orchestra on Saturday. To be honest, we're only in Ealing so eating at home was always an option. Or we recently discovered a great tapas place in Hammersmith. It is my girlfriend's birthday though so probably should eat out (even though we're out with her friends the night before as a birthday meal!).

EDIT: Agh I was swayed by Verdi (pizzas look good), so I go to book and they only have 4.30pm or 7.45pm as the closest decent times :(
