As per the title, I've never had an iPhone previously, I've always used Android but I did dip my toe into the apple universe with an m1 macbook a few hears back which has been fantastic. I'm just wondering if anyone has been in a similar position and enjoyed the move to iPhone? I like the freedom of Android but just wonder if the rich integrations will be worth the move

I went from a OnePlus 7T > iPhone 12 Pro max > Pixel 8 Pro.

The iPhone was my first and only Apple product.
Im tempted to go back myself when the 16 releases as the Pixel 8 has been a pretty buggy mess for me since I got it.
A shame as the camera and screen is stellar but the rest of it not so much.

Go into a store and try out the Pixel 9 Pro. All the simplicity of stock Andriod with none of the Samsung bloatware. I've just replaced an S24U with a Pixel 9 Pro XL and it's like using a totally different OS.

I've had various androids but been on pixels for the last 2 phones... I'll probably get whatever latest pixel when the battery is caput on this one. They just work so well I have no desire upgrade them until they are knackered in some way, and no desire to change brand now.

Interesting, I think I'll dip my toe in with the iPhone pro max but keep my s22 ultra as a fall back in case I don't get along with IOS. Bit worried about the whole AI craze on new phones though. I don't want more bloat ware that I'll never use

I've been an iPhone user for 13 years and have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. My car is only compatible with Android Auto so I bought a Samsung A34 last year and use that mainly now and have my main SIM in it.

Probably won't buy another iPhone.

I'm not moving away from Apple for a long time, I actually cant see it happening.

Started android with the earliest of phones, HTC Magic, HTC Dream, Hero... ect. Finally ended on a few Samsung phones years later, cant remember what number. Got a Pixel 3, really liked it (actually, still use it for my bedtime reading phone).

BUT I ended up with a car with CarPlay and wanted to try it out, so got an iPhone SE 16GB (rose gold, it was cheap!) just for that. I loved it, the device felt good, no lag, smooth transitions... so I put my sim in it and used it over the Pixel 3!

So I jumped from that once I had made my mind up to a 12 mini, 13 and now a 14 Pro :)
